What time does the event start and end?The event will start at 12:00pm and finish at 10:30pm on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August.

Are there any age restrictions for entry?Anyone under the age of 18 years old will need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

What is the refund policy for tickets?Once purchased, all tickets are non refundable.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?Tickets will be available at the door only if the event hasn't sold out. To ensure you don't miss out, we highly recommend purchasing in advance.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?No, you will not be permitted to bring your own food and drink to the event. There will be a variety of food vendors on site, and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs. You are permitted to bring your own re-usable bottle/cup for water, but it must be empty upon arrival. Baby food and milk are allowed.

Is there parking available on-site?No, there will be no parking on-site. However, there will be paid parking available in Kenilworth town centre which is a 5 minute walk away.

What are the facilities like (restrooms, medical tents, etc.)?We provide standard and accessible toilets, as well as baby changing facilities. A medical tent will also be available on-site.

Are dogs allowed at the event?No dogs allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Are there any prohibited items?Illegal substances: No drugs or drug paraphernalia. Weapons: No weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and self-defence sprays. Flammable items: No fireworks, aerosols, or other flammable items. Large bags: Only small bags (approximately A4 size) or clear bags are allowed. Outside food and beverages: No outside food or drinks are permitted. Refillable water stations will be available, and you are welcome to bring a refillable bottle (non-glass). Glass containers: No glass bottles or containers. Professional recording equipment: No professional cameras, video, or audio recording devices. Drones: No drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles. Large items: No large umbrellas, chairs, or tents. Laser pointers: No laser pens or similar devices. Bicycles and scooters: No bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, or scooters. Unauthorised merchandise: No goods for unauthorized trading or with unauthorized festival logos.
