Terms and Conditions
Hey there! Please take a moment to read through this page. If you don't follow our terms and conditions, you might not be allowed in or could be asked to leave the event.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us:

Getting In: You'll need a ticket to get in. Tickets are available in advance and at the door if there are any left. Priority goes to those who bought tickets in advance.
Event Dates and Times:
-
Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th August 2025 12:00pm - 10:30 PM.
All event attendees will need to be off-site by 11 PM at the latest.
Payment on site: There will be the option to use cash or card at the event. Please note that although we will be using a booster, the signal can be unreliable at times and therefore it may be worth bringing cash as a backup.
Rain or Shine: The event will go on no matter what, unless there's severe weather. Any cancellations or postponements will be at the organisers’ discretion.
Postponement and Cancellation: If we need to reschedule or cancel the event, don't worry—your tickets will be good for a new date. However, we won't be able to issue any refunds.
Programme Changes: Occasionally, we might have to switch up the event details on short notice. In such cases, refunds or exchanges won't be available.
Tickets: Once you have ordered a ticket, you'll get an email from us confirming your order. A contract is formed when we accept your offer. Tickets are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings: We're not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. However, we will have a “lost and found” tent for people to access.
Safety First: Events can be crowded and noisy, so please be careful. Although we will do our best to keep everyone safe, we aren't responsible for any injuries or accidents.
Covid-19: We'll follow government health and safety guidelines. However, we can't be held responsible if you contract Covid-19 or any other infection at the event.
Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.
Bad Behaviour: Damaging the venue, causing harm, behaving illegally, anti-socially, aggressively, or appearing under the influence of drugs will get you removed from the event and possibly reported to the police.
Bag Searches: We may search bags to keep everyone safe.
Challenge 25: If you look under 25, be ready to show ID when buying alcohol.
